Philip Kamhi brings over 20 years of experience in senior roles at public agencies throughout California. He has held leadership positions at the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, City of Palo Alto, LA Metro, BART, and Solano Transportation Authority — giving him an unusually broad view of how transportation agencies operate, plan, and fund their work.

That depth of insider experience is what distinguishes Philip's consulting practice. He understands not just the technical requirements of grant applications, asset management plans, and capital programs — but the institutional dynamics, stakeholder pressures, and regulatory environments that shape how agencies make decisions.

Philip works with public agencies, transit operators, and transportation-focused nonprofits on engagements ranging from targeted grant development support to multi-year program management. Florence Kamhi

Florence Kamhi brings more than 15 years of brand marketing and creative production experience at some of the world's most recognized companies in entertainment and technology — including Electronic Arts, WB Games, Intercom, and Blizzard Entertainment, where she currently serves as Publishing Director.

Her career spans both sides of the brand relationship. Florence built her foundation on the agency side at FCB Global and Campbell-Ewald before moving client-side, where she spent over six years at Electronic Arts — including as Global Campaign Manager for The Sims 4. She subsequently led brand marketing at WB Games and served as Executive Producer of Brand Marketing at Intercom, developing a rare combination of global strategic vision and hands-on production expertise.

Florence's work is defined by an ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — building brand systems, managing global campaigns, and leading cross-functional creative teams from concept through delivery. She brings that discipline and creative standard directly to her clients.
