How We Work

A firm that scales
with your project.

Kamhi & Associates operates on a flexible engagement model. Philip and Florence lead every project — and when a project requires additional depth, we draw on a trusted network of experienced associates and subject-matter specialists.

This model is intentional. It means clients work directly with senior, experienced practitioners on every engagement — not handed off to junior staff. And it means we can assemble precisely the right team for each project rather than fitting every challenge to a fixed roster.

Our associates are professionals we have worked alongside and vetted over years. They share our standards for quality and our commitment to client service. When we bring someone onto an engagement, it's because they are the right person for the work — not because they happen to be on staff.
